WITH IKE’S REVISIONS
crewline Demo — Video Script & Shot List
Blue Spruce Cleaning Co. · For Megan & Ike · Revised launch-film spine + extended interactive modules · DESKTOP owner web · PHONE provider app · MOTION custom animation · “Say” lines are talking points, not locked VO.
What changed in this version
- The launch film now follows one Henderson House job from creation through verified completion.
- Sweep, geofencing, and AI photo review form the central proof of peace of mind.
- The AI sequence includes the missing flag → correction → cleared payoff.
- The owner receives a final resolved state: arrival verified, quality passed, job complete.
- Pricing and secondary capabilities move behind the core story so the film does not become a feature tour.
- Megan’s original D1–D12 and P1–P3 capture library is preserved intact. Every revised capture is appended rather than substituted.
- A dedicated Sweep invoice workflow now shows invoice creation, owner review, approval, and the sent state.
Positioning spine: crewline gives owners confidence that every job got done right, even when they couldn’t be there. The emotional promise is peace of mind. The three proofs are lighter administration through Sweep, verified presence through geofencing, and verified quality through AI photo review.
Pre-flight — do this before recording
- Confirm the feature map. Verify exactly which Sweep, geofencing, AI photo review, messaging, and reporting abilities belong to Launch, Grow, and Scale. Keep uncertain plan claims out of narration until confirmed.
- Confirm the correction workflow. Stage a real supported route from flagged photo to corrected photo. If crewline does not yet route a correction back to the provider, show only the authentic states and bridge them with narration or motion.
- Stage one continuous job. Henderson House, assigned to Rosa, should appear consistently across Sweep, the provider app, geofencing, photo review, and the owner’s completed state.
- Clean browser. Hide bookmarks, personal tabs, extensions, and unrelated accounts. Use a fresh window.
- Fresh build. Clear update toasts and confirm the current build before recording.
- Phone ready. Provider app logged in as Rosa; screen recording on; notifications silenced; location enabled.
- Bilingual ready. Stage Rosa’s Spanish on-site view and a clean translation example.
- Data check. Run the coverage matrix so every good, flagged, corrected, overdue, and rejected example is ready before capture.
Main launch film — one job, three assurances (~2:40)
This is the primary public story. Record modular clips with extra head and tail rather than one long take.
REVISED
~10s
1 · Cold open — the promise
Capture DESKTOP — Blue Spruce dashboard, calm and current.
On screen Today’s schedule with Henderson House visible.
Say “Running a cleaning crew means trusting that the work got done, even when you’re not there. crewline is how you know.”
MOVED FORWARD

2 · Sweep prepares the job
Capture DESKTOP — Sweep, then the prepared job confirmation.
On screen Type: “Book the Henderson House for Friday at 9 AM with the service type Standard Clean and assign Rosa.” Show Sweep preparing the action and waiting for confirmation.
Voiceover At approximately 00:06 into Scene 2, when the instruction is inputted, the ElevenLabs voice reads exactly: “Okay, sweet book at Henderson House for Friday.”
Say “Instead of working through forms, tell Sweep what you need. It prepares the job, assigns the provider, and waits for your approval.”
Iris timing lock: align the quoted ElevenLabs line to the visible input moment at approximately 00:06 in the Scene 2 clip. Do not paraphrase or shorten it.
Assurance 1: less administrative load. Preserve visible human approval.
NEW CLIP 3
Timing to confirm
3 · Marcus adds a visit note for the provider
Capture DESKTOP + PHONE — Marcus adds a note to the Henderson House visit; the provider receives and confirms it.
On screen Marcus enters an additional visit note describing tasks that need attention. The provider sees the note, confirms receipt, and indicates that those items will be addressed.
Say “When something changes, Marcus adds a visit note. The provider sees it, confirms receipt, and knows what needs attention before the work begins.”
Continuity: this note belongs to the same Henderson House job created in Clip 2. Exact note and confirmation wording can be locked after the authentic captures are recorded.
SHIFTED TO CLIP 4
~30s
4 · Rosa works the visit
Capture PHONE — Rosa’s Henderson House visit.
On screen Geofence check-in → Spanish gate code and notes → checklist → initial completion photos → check-out.
Clip 4.1 OVER-THE-SHOULDER PHONE VIDEO — show the provider viewing and using the app in Spanish.
Clip 4.2 OVER-THE-SHOULDER PHONE VIDEO — show a provider viewing and using the app in English.
Say “At the property, Rosa checks in by location. The app gives her the details and checklist in Spanish, then captures the work as it happens.”
Iris source lock: Clips 4.1 and 4.2 are separate over-the-shoulder phone videos delivered in the project folder under those exact labels. They are not Tella captures and will not appear in Tella. Use 4.1 for the Spanish app experience and 4.2 for the English app experience.
Launch value: checklists, photos, and the bilingual provider experience can remain visible without interrupting the story with pricing.

5 · Presence is verified

6 · AI catches a miss before the customer does
Capture DESKTOP + PHONE — Photo Review, correction, and cleared result.
On screen Henderson photo is flagged against the quality reference → Rosa corrects the miss and submits a new photo → review clears.
Say “crewline compares the completion photo to your quality standard and flags a miss. Rosa corrects it before the customer has to call.”
Assurance 3: verified quality. The value is resolution, not merely detection.

7 · The owner gets the resolved outcome
Capture DESKTOP or MOTION — authentic completion state first; motion only if no native summary exists.
On screen “Henderson House complete. Arrival verified. Quality checks passed.”
Say “The owner sees one resolved outcome: arrival verified, quality passed, job complete.”
Payoff: the owner has confidence that the work was completed to standard without having to be at the job.

8 · The operation keeps moving
Capture DESKTOP — quick, legible cuts: invoice → provider pay → margin/report → translated message.
On screen Henderson invoice prepared; Rosa’s pay recorded; job margin visible; one English/Spanish message exchange.
Say “From invoicing and provider pay to margins and bilingual communication, the same job record keeps the rest of the operation moving.”
Purpose: show breadth without starting four new stories.

9 · Sweep prepares and sends the invoice
Capture DESKTOP — Sweep request → prepared invoice → owner review and approval → sent state.
On screen Ask: “Create an invoice for Henderson House for Friday’s service and send it to the client.”
Say “When the work is complete, ask Sweep to prepare the invoice. Review the details, approve it, and crewline sends it to the client.”
Continuity: this completes the same Henderson House job from instruction through verified work and invoicing. Confirm the exact supported send flow before recording.
SIMPLIFIED
~12s
10 · Close
Capture DESKTOP — brief plans view, then calm dashboard or the peace-of-mind motion end card.
On screen Launch / Grow / Scale, then: “Peace of mind, built into every job.”
Say “Start with a complete operation on Launch, then add deeper verification as you grow. crewline — know the work got done.”
Confirm before lock: use this line only after the final tier-to-feature map is verified.
Product-truth boundary: do not fabricate a native notification, correction-routing feature, timing claim, or tier entitlement for the film. Where the concept is stronger than the current interface, use the peace-of-mind animation as an orienting map and let authentic product captures prove only the supported states.
Extended interactive-demo modules
These preserve the depth of Megan’s original script. They can follow the launch film as clickable chapters or support a longer 5–6 minute walkthrough.

A · Booking a job — two ways
Capture DESKTOP — Bookings list and calendar; create one booking manually; then open Sweep.
On screen Create a booking for Alvarez Home using the standard flow. Then show Sweep preparing a comparable booking from a plain-language request.
Say “Schedule the standard way, or tell Sweep what you need and approve the prepared job.”
Why it stays: manual scheduling proves the complete core product; Sweep demonstrates the faster assistant path. Avoid an unverified timing claim such as “ten seconds.”

H · Ask Sweep to create and send an invoice
Capture DESKTOP — Sweep → prepared invoice → owner approval → sent state.

Recommended production order
- Confirm the tier map and correction workflow.
- Stage Henderson House as the complete cross-device story.
- Record Megan’s P1 full visit plus P2 and P3 optional phone clips first because location and staged job state are the least flexible.
- Record the additive IP1 correction clip if the native workflow supports it.
- Capture Megan’s complete D1–D12 desktop library in one clean session.
- Capture the additive IX1–IX9 desktop clips, including the full Sweep invoice approval and send sequence.
- Use the existing peace-of-mind animation only where it clarifies the map or bridges a product state that cannot be shown natively.
- Assemble the ~2:40 launch film first. Build the extended interactive walkthrough from the same modular library afterward.
